Questions about fitness tracking

When i add exercise i go Cardiovascular, then Strength training (weight lifting, weight training). when it asks for the time lifting do you put in just the amount of time you physically lifted or the time from start to finish. last night i did a full body/circuit style workout in about 35 minutes. i rested about 30 seconds between each exercises (move 1, move 2, rest 30, move 1, move 2, rest 30 then on to move 3, move 4, rest 30.....).

so do i want to put in 35 minutes or subtract the rest time?
