how many carbs to eat/day to lose weight?!

hey guys, i was just wondering how many grams of carbohydrates should you eat per day to lose weight? right now i'm eating about 100 give or take per day with about an hour of exercise per day. Is this too much? I've been browsing the internet and some are saying around 60 grams and others are saying 100 or higher. what has worked for you guys?!

    I can lose weight eating 50 carbs per day

    I can lose weight eating 250 carbs per day

    Energy balance is met by the calories contributed from carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.

    Any excess weight lost from a low carb diet is most likely water weight from less glycogen stores...

    I just ate a chocolate lava cake from Dominos and boneless wings...Ill still lose weight.

    Mind you, not the most HEALTHY, but I am at my calorie goal =)

    It really doesn't matter how many grams of carbs you eat (unless you have a medical reason in which case you should be doing what your doctor says). It matters if you have too many calories. I will be shunned by the carb haters, but I eat about 250g of carbs a day. I seem to be losing just fine.

    Eat what you want as long as you are in calorie deficit at the end of the day.

    While techincally you will lose weight just by staying under your calorie limit..............
    Track your fiber intake along with your carb intake. Try to max your fiber every day while staying within your carb limit. This will help you make healthier carb choices (which of course have more benifits than just weight loss).

    For myself, I do best when my carbs are somewhere under 100g. However, this is partially due to my calories being lower on those days compared to if I'm higher. I find that if my carbs are in line, so are my calories.
