So I've been lifting heavy for about 2 or 3 weeks now. Every time I lift, I'm usually sore the new few days after. Yesterday, I lifted, and today I'm not sore. Does this mean I didn't lift heavy enough (I'm following 5x5, so I increase by 5lbs a day)? I feel no pain.

Soreness isn't a indicator of a good workout, also higher frequency training methods such as 5x5 Stronglifts tends to lead to less muscle soreness.0

soreness can be the sign of a good workout. It can also mean that you worked hard but didn't stretch. Upping your weight every time you lift is not ideal. try uping your reps and you should feel the burn. How about drop sets, or training to exhaustion. What ever method of lifting that works for you is great for you, just don't forget to stretch after. Flexibility is important.0
