Always hungry

I am having hunger problems! I am always hungry. I try to stay around 1350 calories a day my carb fat protine is usually 40/30/30
I do cardio most days and eat back my calories. Problem is my stomach is always growling! I do take metabolism boosters could this be the problem? Should I up my cal intake? I have lost 12 lbs but I feel like I have been hungry for a month! How do I get full meet my goal cal intake and still loose

    I'm not too sure if your on Facebook, but I just started a new group. It's called Get Fit.     Try it for a month and you will see. Sometime it is worth losing the weight slower.
