Losing but don't feel it

I lost another 2 lbs this week. But not feeling lighter. I feel bloated:ohwell: Maybe I had too much salt yesterday. I have 75 more pounds to lose. Hope I start feeling better soon. Anyone else feel out of it?

I'm really so critical of my body that instead of looking in the mirror and seeing what I have accomplished, I look for what I don't like. I am working on that. Maybe you are doing the same thing?0

Right now you are asking your body to sacrifice a lot. You are constantly in a calorie restricted mode. This isn't what you're used to. Change is uncomfortable, but your body will adjust. Make sure you are getting enough carbs (whole grains, fruits, and veggies) within your daily total. you'll start to feel better and look better and then you'll be amazed. Good luck.0

I hear ya! i've only lost 10 lbs but i figured i'd be able to see or feel some kind of difference by now....but nope. can't tell. its strange how our bodies work, bc I have a friend who has only lost 4 lbs and her pant size has gone down and she says she can see a difference in her back and waist already. and then i hear stories of people losing 20-30 lbs and still not seeing a difference in their body or how their clothes fit. very strange. I'm just gonna keep on goin and i know that eventually it will pay off somewhere other than the scale. ( it better! )0

Thank you. That makes sense. I do that same thing. Maybe that's the problem. I look at my stomach and think oh gross! I think I want faster results and I am not seeing it.0 -
