    One fish, one shrimp and one chicken for lunch today. Worth every single calorie of the 1000 I consumed, with black beans.

    YUM!!! Taco Tuesday is my favorite holiday.

    Low Carb tacos tonight.. no shell or tortilla.. used lettuce leaves as wraps... Yum Yum Yum!!! High 5's for taco tuesday!

    a couple weeks ago we made "taco meat" with lentils... holy holy, it was so delicious! so for vegetarians (or those looking to spot reduce meat eating) this is a GREAT way to get protein-filled "taco meat" without all the... well, meat.

    (and just as a post script, i don't care if you eat meat and i don't care if you don't and i'm not here to tell you one way or the other, just sayin' if you wanna mix it up a bit, try this!)

    One day...I'm going to try this...It's going on my bucket list..lol.
    I hate to say it but there's a pizza place here that makes a sandwich out of a pizza cut into quarters with lettuce and tomatoes, mayo and whatever else you want on it...and it is amazing!

    My fave is a soft shelled burrito with beans and a lil sour cream. I don't have a date so it works for me. :)
