    Gotta try this, pizza is one of those foods I could eat ever single day and this looks like a satisfying alternative

    We just had this for our lunch today. My husband was skeptical but he absolutely LOVED it!!! He said he would eat this any time! It is also a good recipe for us because we have a grandson with celiac disease and he needs to eat a gluten free diet. He would be able to eat this pizza crust and have the SAME as everyone else! Awesome.
    I used one large egg and one egg white instead of two eggs. We made ours with Canadian bacon and lots of veggies. Our crust was not soggy. And it did not taste like cauliflower!! Surprised! My husband's comment was, 'It tastes so fresh!!!' It made a 14" pizza. :wink:

    I'll have to try this! My husband won't eat anything moderately healthy, so I think I just won't tell him what the crust really is :tongue:
