TRX Suspension Cables

So basically I have a set of TRX Cables but I have never used them (I used to use them the odd time in the gym but not since owning my own set)...today when I go home from work I'm planning on spending 30 mins or so doing a little workout and I just have some questions and if anyone can help, it would be great.

Well I'm your average girl not a navy seal so I'm not looking at anything to OTT but does anyone have any good workout set ups (easy being a key word) I could use? Also, how would I log it? I searched for Suspension cable workouts but there's nothing similar on MFP :(

Does anybody see them as a great piece of equipment or just a bit of fad and has anybody seen results? I did really love them in the gym but they were placed right in the middle and it was a bit daunting using them in the middle of everyone while focusing on not getting tied up in them too haha (:
