JM Yoga Meltdown - anyone done it?

I like the look of this DVD as it will make a welcome change from Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and the other cardio I'm doing in the gym on the machines like Elliptical, Treadmill etc.

Has anyone done this and if so would you recommend it to run alongside other cardio and strength workouts? I was thinking of doing it as an 'extra' on days when I'm already doing cardio for example.

Any feedback about this?

    I've done it before and it was such a workout! Granted as I was in worse shape then than I am now (I did it back in August). I like it, it's athletic yoga, or dynamic yoga whatever you want to call it. I felt such a burn and it's got great strengthening moves whilst also stretching you out as well. I definitely couldn't have done it alongside cardio but it sounds like you're in great shape already if you're doing JMBR regularly and gym classes so I think it would compliment a cardio workout nicely.

    Thanks for the feedback. I think I'll give it a try, I get so bored doing the same type of thing so think this will make a nice change.
