Ready to start life over

Hi, I am tasiastorm!

I am a 40 year old with 3 kids and have decided it is time for me to take care of me first. I have fought fat my whole life and I am ready to start this life over.

I am starting out slow and a little progress at a time. I don't want to fall in a hole again and not get back out. You are all inspirational and I hope to be an inspiration for someone too.

    I know how you feel. Good luck on your journey... and I will share with you what I tell myself every day.... there is not try... only do!
    I will do great with my eating today, I will do my exercise as planned, etc....
