Is it possible to pay for or find an ONLINE "instructor"?

Is there anyway I can find a person who can help motivate me or maybe plan workouts for me based on the equipment I own? I sometimes am so overwhelmed at the types of exercises there are that I don't know what is right for me and I just don't know where to start. I have asked people over & over and received wonderful tips, but there are still a LOT of options. I have OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and anxiety disorder, so decisions are all intricate and plans with too many options can be really difficult for me. I would love any information about this if there is any such service in the world wide web or somewhere. Thank you for any information. xo

There are, but there are also some where you don't have to pay either. Can't think of specific names off hand, but usually come across them when they are associated with a particular brand - like exercise equipment or a workout. Do you have certain equipment you use, or workouts you like, or some popular fitness expert? If so you can start there. (I'm trying to think of a response besides just asking Google.) For example, some people like Jillian Michaels, or they like Beachbody workouts. Things like that usually have a website where you can connect with a coach. Keep in mind though that not all coaches or instructors are licensed or maybe not even fully knowledgeable in certain areas. As far as motivation, ideas, or suggestions, they could usually guide you in that.0

I'm mostly confused on when to do what exercises. I don't plan my own reps well and I work best when I have a set routine that doesn't change every day. The only thing I can handle changing is the cardio portion. It may sound weird, but it is all to do with the disorder and it is so hard for me to organize everything because of letters, numbers, etc... I wonder if I can just buy a workout schedule somewhere.0 -

As an alternative, you could always find an independent personal trainer in your area and have them come out to your home and customize a few routines for you with the equipment you own. They would be able to show you how to do the exercises and make sure you have proper form. They could also follow up on a periodic basis (every couple months or whatever) to give you new exercises as you get stronger/more fit.0

Looks like you have the same stuff I do for the most part... I do 30 Day shred for a 'warm up' then M, W, F I run, do the distance/time for the day then sprint intervals.. So like 25min jog then 5 minutes of 30:60 sprints and T,T,S I do Upper body strength, Lower body strength, core strength. It's worked pretty well for me and got me working rather than freaking out about what I should be doing.
ETA: this is just an idea for you if you can't find someone, it's a good starting point, if you want info on what I do for strength I'll be happy to give it you, just message me0 -
