For the past month i've been like ehhhh i don't like strength training, rather do cardio. FYI..im a cardio junkie.
Found this posting, with pictures, and my only thought is "5 MONTHS TILL SUMMER...7 MONTHS TILL THE BEACH...HOLY CRAP I CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!!)
