I'm getting really, really close!! As of this morning I have 1.7 lbs to go till I hit the 100 lb lost mark (9.4 lbs till goal). It has been a long journey, but one that I have enjoyed and am so very proud of!

I did it! Lost 100 lbs in a little less than 10 months, without surgery. Don't know for sure what my end goal will be, but expect that another 35 to 45 lbs is probably about right.

I have back in 2004-2006, I lost 103pds with just old fashioned diet and exercise. Unfortunately I have regained it all over the years due to injury after injury so now was back to having to lose 92pd, although I have already lost 22pds and just have 70pds left to go!

I lost it and maintained for about 3 years now. I am finally buckling back down to lose the extra 30-40 I never meant to leave behind on my body :)

However, once I got going the first 100 seemed a lot easier than this weight!!

I've lost 125, mostly due to my running habit.
