Best times to have shakes?

I'm curious to know when are the best times to have our shakes. I just started out with BBV, along with zumba, and I have been drinking my shakes in the morning and for lunch. Then I got to thinking...is it bad for us to eat dinner? What I mean is, would it be more beneficial to have the 2nd shake in place of a regular dinner? After dinner is probably the time we are least active during the day. So what's going on with all that food we just ate for dinner during the whole night until breakfast? Wouldn't it be better for us to have a shake in our system? IDK, does this all make sense?

Definitely have your first shake for breakfast. As far as the second one, it is totally up to you and what works for your lifestyle.
