that sounds really bizarre. low calorie foods are usually low in fat. fat is what makes you feel full. So, you are shooting yourself in the foot with your plan. You'd be better off eating some calorie dense filling foods that make you feel full and take food off your mind.0

Um, yeah...it wasn't really clear whether you were talking about portion sizes or single foods or...whatever.
Almonds are good, they're about 8 cal per nut and help you eat less if you have a few before meals. Celery, tons of greens, whole tomatoes, fiber one brownies, half a granola bar, jack spratt's bread (only 80 cal per slice)0 -

At a purely weight loss standpoint, yes. A surplus of "healthy" food is going to cause weight gain just like a surplus of "junk food." If you're hitting your calories and are in a deficit eating any foods, weight loss will occur. (outside of any medical conditions, of course)0 -
