I just wanted to come on here and thank everyone who's answered my questions and made this such a fulfilling journey. When I first posted on January 14th, I was 137, with 22% BF, bloated, fatigued, and doing way too much cardio, along with eating too few calories. Now, about 1.5 months later, I'm down to 130.8, 17.23% BF, energized, focusing on heavy lifting with recovery cardio and eating just the right amount. I feel great and can't wait to see what else is in store. (And I can't wait for my exercise break next week, I love eating! lol)
Thanks everyone for your help, especially HeyBales. This community is a godsend.

    Are you sure a whole 1.5 months! Wow how time flies. Seems like just a couple weeks ago trying to figure out how to include the fasting days.

  • hahaha yep! a month and half since you helped me totally revamp my exercise regimen, and maybe about 3 weeks since the fasting question.

    Ditto....I am getting the best results from this philosophy! I too apprectiate Heybales and many, many others for their expertise!
