    One cup of oatmeal, one cup of skim milk, a banana, a two teaspoons of light brown sugar. Mmmm breakfast for dinner very filling. I will probably have a lean pocket chicken fajita if im hungary later, ive already counted the calories if i do.

    lean cuisine pepperoni pizza! 370 calories. i was craving pizza hut so bad! so i had that instead.

    homemade weightwatchers lasagne. It was delicious and only around 400 calories for a generous serving!

    1 cup spaghetti squash (around 40 cal)
    4 oz ground turkey (120 cal)
    1/2 cup ragu sauce (80cal)
    and a big garden salad
