    Lately I have been enjoying Smoked Salmon - I like the Trader Joes Pacific Supreme, usually with fresh red peppers, maybe a little hummus or laughing cow.

    Make an omelette or scrambled eggs with several ounces of lean meat (pork, turkey, steak) or fish (shrimp, crab, tilapia).

    I eat oatmeal steel cut, with protein powder and 2 Tbs of peanut butter.Yummy and filling, I also do greek yougaty and blueberries with a few strawberries, diet splash and a scoop if protein powder as a smoothie.
