Hi guys,
So, I bet someone probably already posted a topic about this but I can't seem to find anything. I want to try and lose most of my weight at home doing workout DVD's, workout apps on my iphone and TV. Are there any good DVD workouts that are fun and gives great results? I see a lot of people on MFP doing the JM 30 day shred. Are there any other amazing workout DVD's that you guys love?

I love dancing and kickboxing, so my favorites are Turbo Jam and Zumba. I also like P90X and Chalean Extreme, but I don't do them anymore since I do my weight lifting at the gym. They are good for people who want to lift, but don't want a gym membership. I've never done 30DS, but I've heard it's good too.0

The one I have found to be the most fun are the Billy Blanks JR-Dance Party Bootcamp ones. He has a really bubble personality and his comments crack you up the whole time so its fun and doesn't seem like you're sweating your but off when you are. I also really like his dad's ones the Billy Blanks SR Ab Bootcamp one is excellent he is really good at targeting muscles and giving you a great workout and he's great if you want the type to kinda push you thru your workout. I also like his Tae Bo advanced one but with that I would recommend starting with the beginner and intermediate first cuz the advanced one is a pretty fast and pretty hardcore workout you will really break a sweat doing that. If you want a workout that combines light weight with aerobic type excercise the Michelle Khai Kettlenetics are excellent its only a 4 lb weight but the videos come with the starter kettlebell and you really feel them after cuz you're using the kettlebell in an aerobic type way. It helps give you more toning with your excercise and I have noticed it helps with posture alot after doing the kettlebell ones. If you are looking for one with great music or a Christian type workout the Sweatin in the Spirit with Donna Richardson Joyner one is great it has Kirk Franklin,Shirley Murdock,Yolanda Adams on that one and the stretching excercises after it make the whole workout worth it cuz they are really great and the music is really great. If you want a great leg workout the Madonna Grimes Afro Beat Latin Heat one is really good. The one I wanna try next is the Jari Love Get Extremely Ripped workout cuz I have found I am really liking working more with the weights and I think I might like that one if you like the weights more than the cardio type you might like those. Anyways those are the ones I like. The funnest by far though are prob the Billy Blanks Jr ones, especially the Dance Party Bootcamp one.0
