So I've been trying to eat better and watching my macros and buying food to fit in those macros. Well over the past two months my measurements have slightly increased or stayed the same and I've gained 2lbs and I personally don't think I'm loosing body fat. I don't care about my weight btw.
I started weight lifting by using home weights and p90x lifting discs. I work out 3-5 times a week and definitely take breaks when I feel like I'm pushed myself too far.
I just need some assistance with any suggestions or help. SOMETHING needs to change. Mainly
Loosing body fat and inches. I don't quite care what I weigh as long as I look better.
I'm also attempting to eat meat as of yesterday because I know I struggle getting enough protein!
