    April mile challenge

    Queenbea77 - Goal for April = 100 miles

    4/1 - strength training & stationary bike (6m) = 8 miles
    4/2 - stepper machine, 30 min = 2.25 miles.
    4/3 - shopping = 1 mile
    4/4 - stationary bike = 5 miles.
    4/5 - strength training = 2 miles
    4/5 - walking = 1 mile
    4/8 - strength training = 2 miles
    4/9 - stationary bike = 5 miles
    4/10 - strength training = 2 miles
    4/11 - walking = 1 mile
    4/12 - strength training & stationary bike (5m) = 7 miles
    4/15 - 4/18 - 32 miles while on vacation
    4/21 - walking = 2 miles
    4/22 - strength training = 2 miles
    4/23 - nothing (sinus headache!)
    4/24 - strength training & stationary bike (5m) = 7 miles
    4/25 - walk 2 miles
    4/26 - stationary bike - 5 miles
    4/27 - walk 6 miles
    4/28 - walked 3 miles

    Total for month = 95.25 miles

    :happy: Final post for the month of April - it was a slow start and because several of my classes at the gym were cancelled and I've been having foot pain I had my doubts that I would be able to reach 100 miles - but I did it!!
