Day two - Just wanted to say Hello.

Hey there. Just wanted to say hi to everyone. Just joined. I have recently lost 24 lbs and have hit a plateau. That's why I'm here. (I also quit smoking and drinking - yikes!)
Thought I needed to change things up a bit.
Any and all suggestions are welcome.
A quick note, I have a foot injury that keeps me from doing a lot of exercises. Yoga and Pilates (mat) are my thing right now. I am looking for new DVD's for both if you have any good ones, let me know.
