    Someone gained 8 lbs in 8 hours
    Someone gained 10 lbs overnight

    It is alright though, they all quit their diet already and are back to gaining at their normal rate.

    I stubbed my toe on the stairs in the night, but still managed a PB at my Saturday morning 5k Park Run.
