I had my first baby in June 2012 and it was a rough regular delivery. My recovery took longer than 6 weeks and I kept having these overwhelming pains that felt like labor pains that sent me to the hospital at least twice a month.
Finally in December they found out my gallbladder was the cause and was full of stones, so they removed it. I didn't recover from that until February. Lol. So finally pain free I am ready to loose these weight!
I have been eating all natural no processed meals, and just started exercising today. I was wondering if 30 min workouts 4 times a week would show me results? Just mainly doing cardio now. I weighed 206 after I had my baby and now weigh 170. No matter what I do I can't get below that and it's driving me crazy! My pre-pregnancy weight was 150ish and I want to get down to 135.
