Moderate...?

Hello!
After lurking here after someone in the Tall Ladies group told me about you I am working out my BMR, TDEE & cut value. I am using the scooby calculator, BUT, I just wanted to make sure that I am choosing the correct exercise level, I chose the 3-5 hours of moderate exercise option simply because there isn't a higher hours of moderate exercise option!
I have been walking every evening, brisk walk, for about an hour & 20 to an an hour & a half, should I still be moderate? I feel great after my walks & am using them as some "me time" to get out of the house/a break from the kids & listen to an audio book at the same time, it is only since I got my fitbit that I have started this & the first time in my whole life I have enjoyed & wanted to exercise! I get between 13000 & 18000 steps per day.
Thanks for your help! I have a feeling this eating more to weigh less journey is going to be interesting for me; I have been chronically under-eating for years by the look of it.

I think I read that heybales said count walking at only half of the hours you do, but that would still keep you at moderate.0

Awesome, thank you!
Also, does anybody know what I should do, if anything, with the fitbit syncing to MFP if I manually change my calorie goal to my cut rate? Should I disconnect it?
*FYI, I turned off the negative cal adjustment but will keep the fb linked just so that I can see my food intake vs calorie expenditure on the fb site.... it has pretty graphs & whatnot.0 -
I know I used to log the walk at home 5 mile walks (12min miles) 3-4 days a week as 3-5 hrs and I still lost 1lb a week sometime more, but you burn around 100cals a mile with that workout.0

As options and process for keeping the FitBit syncing and tweaking MFP to handle your deficit properly.0
