Inspirational... I can relate in someways to your story and I've just reached that tired of being fat and learning go to love myself more bit. I've recently got a new job which I absolutely love and Ive signed up for a weight loss programme at my local gym, I've also been running since February this year. Feeling better about myself this last month than I've done in yrs!

I plan ahead and I don't try to divide my macros perfectly each meal. Some protein for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vegetables with lunch and dinner. Figure out what macros I have left and start adding or removing things until I'm pretty close.

"nerve" is not the term I would have used, but yeah. Mirrors are so complicated and confusing :noway:

My cat has trouble understanding mirrors, too
