I ran three miles tonight! Averaged 10:39 per mile. I know that's pretty pitiful compared to what some of you can do, but I'm still pretty stoked about it!! Had to share!
that's a huge milestone - congratulations! Pretty sure most of the people in my office building right now can't run 3 miles at all.0 -

that is awesome...who cares how long it took you or how fast you ran...you RAN 3 miles and averaged under 11 mins per mile...pat yourself on the back and keep moving....
