Good Morning everyone, my apologies for not being around this week. It has been a very busy stressful week! My youngest son (grade 12) was in a music concert 3 nights in a row and although he did really well.....I barely got any sleep and my whole week was totally de-routined. Lol

Got for a few runs, but didn't get any toning done, so totday I am going to do a Jillian workout of some sort. Will try to check in to see whats going on later. It is a beautiful day here in NS....but its definitely cool!

Sherry: hope you get to do JM today. Enjoy your cool weather...wish it were here.

    Everyone have a super Saturday!

p.s. I'll come back later to respond to comments some left under our May 17th thread.

    Hi & Happy Saturday!

Today I had our Mommy+Son drumming lesson and have been on-the-go ever since. We were running late to our lesson and in a hurry and I mentioned needing extra exercise today, to my son (I thought I'd walk to the park, run, and walk back). But my son had the idea to walk up Lycabettus Hill today (highest point in Athens). We hadn't done it in ages, so I said, "GREAT idea!" . After our lesson, I dropped the djembe drum at home and off we went, walked across downtown and up to the base of the hill and then up UP UP. We had some nice conversations along the way & at the top, but only stayed a few minutes, and then DOWN DOwn down, for some lunch (and also froyo for my son), and then walking back across downtown. Finally hopped the trolley for a few blocks to rest & cool off before some light grocery shopping and back up our hill to home. We were gone for nearly 6 hours (of course about 2hr was drumming lesson), and it was a perfect day. :) Now, to finish off a few more glute kicks and bicep curls for the Hunger Games week.

Maureen, I hope you get some rest and back to a managable routine.

I hope everyone having a rest day ENJOYS and if you are working out today: enjoy that too!

Got the camper washed. Woohoo! Still need to do the inside some. We are at my in-laws where we store it. And i am hoping to get to some cleaning when we get home later and i am going to do my elliptical or maybe a workout video like 30 ds or a hip hop dance one that i have got. I want to check out fitness blender too. I don't know if i will get to it tonight though. I will do something. No sweets today or tomorrow. I have huge sugar cravings sometimes which i think is caused by drinking diet soda. I have been limiting my soda intake and my cravings have decreased. I have been logging today. That is good because i haven't been doing that as much lately. :-) i am going to add some of you guys as friends! :-) :-) :-)

I can do some shout outs.

Maureen: I hope things get back to normal for you soon!

Sam: hope you enjoy your run and yoga!

Pam: 90 woo! Enjoy your rest. I am sure it is hard earned.

Sherry: glad you got to do a hike with your son. Sounds like you had a good time. What is it like living in greece? How long have you been there? What took you there? I hope you don't mind my questions.

Hi to all that follow. I will check back later!

got in 30 minutes of Cardio Max this morning. I was hoping for an hour but my baby woke up early and needed me. I spent 10 minutes chasing goats back into their pen later in the morning does that count as running?? LOL
