Yup, absolutely horrible.
Just awful!!
... Someone should really mop up all that water or clear the drain or something. That's a slip and a concussion away from a lawsuit. ... Awful!

I really ought to arrange for maintenance to fix the shower drain.0 -
So how long can I expect the transformation to take? Increased my lifting a bit last September, but I am really working at it now since the first of the year. I have committed in my mind to staying consistent for the next three months, and hopefully I can re-commit then. (Small steps, small goals, over and over!) I am already at a healthy weight and I am eating close to maintenance. . .0

I don't think that is something that someone else can answer for you. It takes consistency for sure. And depends on you, what is your body fat %, what is your goal, a certain look, a certain body fat %, being stronger? At my age, my goal is to get under 25%. Some of these ladies in this thread might be 20% or 18% or lower. I'll probably never get down to 20%, but that's okay, I think I will achieve the look I want at 24%. If not, I will reevaluate then. For some people, it requires doing bulk and cut cycles to get the look they want.0
