Total greek yogurt fat 0% + one pink lady apple with cinammon and a small handful of granola sprinkled is very filling and under 150 calories! It's delicious too. I actually struggle to finish it sometimes!

Eat real food. All this Kashi/Slimfast/Kind bar business had me hungry all the time before, which is why I weighed 50 pounds more. Real fruit and veggies, hummus, nuts, are a great filling snack.

Keep the yolks in and I guarantee you'll feel fuller longer. Fat keeps you satisfied, people. A bit of avocado or almonds goes a long way.

Agreed - avocado and eggs are so good for you that I always make room for the calories.

    Also, try

I soak the dates in pipe juice instead of water to give more flavours. Cut it up into 24 pieces nd each bit is just under 100 calories. It keeps me going!

I am guessing that the cereal and the milk make up the most of your morning calories?

You could cut that, then munch on fruit or veggies until lunch.
