    june 18th- 16.22 minutes walking to work
    19th-28.55 minutes walking to work
    20th-13.27 minutes walking from work
    944.04 minutes in with 55.96 minutes left to go.

    Okay I reached the 1000 mark today
    89 minutes of fitness walking/jogging for 6 miles
    total minutes 1033.04. I will continue to log in here and see how many minutes I do for the entire month , keep up the great work everyone!

    Okay I stated yesterday that I would continue to post for the rest of the month to see how many minutes I get in
    June 21-145 minutes doing 10 miles of fitness walking/jogging for a total of 1178.04 minutes done.

    June 21st.... It's Summer!!! 60min walking with friends.

    I'm afraid I won't meet goal this month :ohwell: I've had a sharp pain in my upper left thigh since my last work out. Adding to it: yesterday, my left knee started up and the sciatica is back on my right side. :noway: I am all banged up! :grumble:

    Can you do some chiropractic?
    Can you do some form of exercise?

    June 24th 30min weight training

    June 24th- 55 minutes fitness walking / jogging doing 4 miles total of 1233 .

    Had to stop cause I felt like my was collasping or something, went to doctor and got a xray, stated all looked good. Gave me a antiiflammatory and pain shot . Laid up in be not trying to recover. I

    June 1st 80 minutes, beach walking and hiking the biggest Sand Dune on the Oregon Coast.
    June 6th 120 minutes of gardening, I am so counting it!
    June 7th 200 minutes of gardening, lots of squatting, pulling and lifting
    June 9th 60 minutes = 20 minute walk and 40 minute Kettle bell lifting.
    June 13th 60 minutes= 38 mins interval running about three plus miles, then 22 min body weight exercises.
    June 14th 60 minutes=3.5 miles of walking to track, running 2.5 miles and walking home
    June 17 30 mins= Running/walking intervals about 3 miles. Four day count down to 5K.....
    June 19th 45 mins= 3 ish miles running with friend
    June 22nd 45 mins= warm up and 5K, not my best time, but recovery is much better, no at all sore.
    June 24th 30 mins= kettle bell, RAMP, body weight exercises.

    At 730, on target, as my goal was 600 minutes for the month and completing my 5K. I might ekk out a drop on the scale too.

    Thank you, MinMin! My total was just under 600, I think. I have had a lower disc issue in the past that required PT. I'm going to do those exercises to get things back in alignment when my thigh muscle seems better.

    Hello!!! I'm back! I took a slow walk today for 42 minutes. I have to kick it in gear to finish the challenge this month. Just a few days to go!

    I'll have to wait until July and even then, it will only be half the month! I won't be cleared for any exercise before July 11

    I made it on the scale dropped two pounds at least month so I have met my goals for June! Now I have be careful this weekend, camping which tends to be fattening for me due to all the outdoor cooking.
