Hi everyone! I am new to eat more to weigh less. I will be so glad when June 12th comes that is when foodstamps come and I can begin clean eating. I would like to find my correct calories

current weight: 169 pounds

GW 130 pounds

Body fat 35%

would like to reduce to 15% or 10%

age: 38

Activity level: lightly active

would appreciate any help on this to know how to eat correctly

would love eat more to weigh less friends the more the merrier
