Monkey Smoothie
1 chopped, frozen banana
1 cup light soy milk (or whatever you drink)
1 heaping TBSP. of PB2 (or peanut butter)
Add protein powder if you like
Edited to add the most important step...Blend it, silly!!
Sooooo good! It's creamy like a milkshake and tastes like a naughty food.

Oooh that's different! I like the idea of the sweet/salty combo.0 -
I like to make pudding, sugar free/fat free instant pudding prepared with skim milk, and a bunch of crushed up low fat graham crackers/ nilla wafers and of course lots of sliced bananas.0

I love that banana ice cream too and have it at least once a week. It's so creamy and good. Add strawberries to it and it's also delicious! Tastes like a really strong strawberry sherbet or frozen yogurt. It seems like you are cheating!
