weighted hula hoop

i had a c section 2 months ago and am wanting to use a weighted hula hoop but not sure weather this is safe yet i have recovered well and not in any pain .

I would make a call to your obgyn and ask them if it is safe for you to start working out again, just to be on the safe side0

yes will have to phone them just cannot wait to start getting going again i was very active before and feels like for ever to recover fully thanks for your post .0

Usually they recommend 8-12 weeks before exercising. Especially strenuous exercise having to do with your incision area. Be careful and take the advice of your doctor.0
