    Just a suggestion: Have you considered canned tuna, with healthy mayo, atop a rice cake. That's easy travel food.
    If you belong to Costco, the Kirkland Albacore is VERY high quality albacore.
    Costco also has a bunch of dried fruit/nut mixes, which are healthy and travel well.
    I enjoy canned sardines on crackers- also good protein and it travels well.
