Hi everyone, my name is stephanie and im 19..gonna be 20 in december :-) ....last year ..last summer i hit my highest weight of 191..im 5'7 so u can imagine how detrimental that was to me...my mental state, my self esteem etc.....ive suffered from an eating disorder since i was 14 on and off and different behaviors.....since november 2011 i started severely restricting my food and made myself really sick...yeah i lost weight but it was never stable weight.....

April 2012 i finally decided that my eating disorder will event but ually kill me ...and i was thin it was the anemia, the stomach pain etc so i decided to invest my time with Beach body workouts..i started out doing insanity....and tried eating 3 meals a day etc etc...the eating 3 times failed and i resumed restricting but i stuck it out with insanity...(i wanted to quit at day 1 lol) i had a health scared and had to stop at week 7....so then i started with Turbo fire.

my lack of eating has brought me down to 159 but i started eating more again and am now 166....im trying not to care about the number and just care about the inches ive lost...especially my stomach its gone from a 44 to a 32...its soo much flatter my thighs smaller, my boobs, hips etc....im getting results

now since im 166 its not soo easy for me to drop weight like it was when i was 191...do oi have to increase my work out? im going on vACA this week and wont be back til next week but when i come back im starting p90x....my goal weight is 130-140....do u think ill get there if i do p90x?

anyways i dont have friends on here if someone would like to do this together...friend request me :-) i want to be healthy now....i went to the renfrew center for 6 weeks and i hate that im still using my ED to cope

    Hey Stephanie :)

The first thing i would say is that you need to get yourself some professional advice. Seeing a doctor/therapist and nutritionist wil be the basis of a solid and long lasting recovery.
To be honest, i would say that somewhere like MFP, which is based on calorie counting, isnt a really healthy place for you right now.

Go kick your EDs *kitten*, and come back healthy.

I agree with WTBSE - professional advice would help you more than calorie counting.

But if you decide to stay on here then add me as your friend and I will try and encourage you the best I can. :-)
