I started at 364 and I figured if they had clothes my size I am ok but that is not so. I have started a new lifestyle change on Saturday which is the paleo diet. I not that strict with the diet but no grains. :-D Here is my pictures before and during:

SW: 364
CW: 279

My goal weight is 180/190. Everyday is a new day! :-D
