Hi, have been doing this plan for five days now and think its fab.
However, where do you log your drinks??
Have been putting tea, coffee, or pop as snacks or grouped with meals.
If you have a drink, can you log it towards your water intake too.

    I group my morning tea or coffee with breakfast, then if I have a cup of something or drink something else I log it in snacks. Your water count is really specifically for water - it's the 8 glasses of water a day thing.

    You can either add them in with your meals or snack or do what I did and add a category for them. Though now I rarely drink anything but water.
