i might be doing this wrong, im not sure, but how come when i add my weight training, it doesnt say i burned any calories? it only says i burn cals when i enter the cardio

you need to add it under cardio for calories to count.... adding under strength is more for you to keep track of than anything else.0

Add it in cardio.
There are so many variables to weight training that it's impossible to have standards. I personally think cardio is the same way, but who cares? It is just an estimate.0 -
I wear a HRM when I exercise and even while strength training. I enter my sessions under cardio and log the calories my HRM shows.

HRM are meant for aerobic exercise. The readings you get while strength trainging are likely not accurate.0 -
