Help approximating calories

Hi. I am 5'2 and weigh 169lbs. I am wondering if someone can help me approximate how many calories I burned this morning. I lifted 40 pound bags of wood pellets and moved them about 10 feet for exactly 1 hour. I have no idea how to guess the amount of calories I can put in as my exercise for the day. Any help is appreciated ! :glasses:

You might be able to estimate by going under the Exercise database and choose walking with a 15lb weight for an hour. I know you said you had lifted 40lbs, but this may give you a starting point. Hope this helps!
