I was wondering, if you thought this guy was losing weight too fast...

If you don't want to watch, he did 100 day juice fast... and lost 111 pounds. To me it seems like he lost it too fast for it to keep it off.

If you think he can keep it off, and you have some insight please share... not that I am interested, just knowledge is meant to be shared. Or so I think....

  • I'm not sure how healthy just drinking juice is because your body needs other things to function properly. Im not sure about about they weight coming back due to him not eating any "hard" food for such a long time and how his body will react.

    all I can say even though his weight loss was done quickly, I believe its completely possible. I personally lost 100 pounds in 4 months and 1 day. Though I did a complete lifestyle change by eating extremely healthy and exercising, It was a extremely difficulty process. Takes a lot of Dedication, Determination, but most of all Discipline.

    If he eats a proper diet now and includes some activity of course he can maintain his weight loss.

    Do I think he's going to keep the weight off? That's a different question and the answer would be no -- whether you lose weight the "right" way or not most people just gain it back. I hope he does keep it off though. I didn't watch the video but anyone who goes to those lengths is obviously determined and desperate for a better, healthier life.
