Lots of exercise means more food

I eat between 1200-1300 calories a day and don't eat back my exercise calories (usually 3-500 a day). So far I am losing 2-3lbs a week but I have aonly just started (5 weeks in) and I have a lot to lose. I am never hungry but know If I am I can always eat a little more. Listen to your body - if you are hungry then eat but make it a healthy choice. Also make sure you stay hydrated.0

I had the same issue, but now pre-load my exercise so I know to eat more early.. otherwise I end the day with 500 to go. Like today. hmmm0

SV,
sorry doens't make sense to always be hungry.
I know the 1200 calories, but if you are burning that much a day, you are technically only getting about 400-600 calories a day. Thats not healthy.
By all means, I do not claim to be a doctor, nor am I any kind of expert on this. Just passing along information that I have received by others so helpful.0
