Is there a healthy food that you love to eat?
My favorite thing right now is fresh, juicy pears. SO GOOD! I think I prefer a good pear over chocolate. Yeah, the sugar is there in fruit...but it's still fruit so it's on my list when I go shopping.
Anyone want to share what you're favorite thing is to eat? I'd like to get more ideas to put on my grocery list.

I like to make quick plain oatmeal and then stir in sugar free jelly with added fiber. Then on top I add a natural peanut butter or this natural white chocolate peanut butter I found at the store. It's my favorite healthy breakfast.0

Spinach. I like putting it in salads, smoothies, pasta, eggs, and most recently I've been cooking it with some left over rice. I put a little bit of olive oil into a small skillet, add garlic and spinach and cook it just a little, throw in 1/2 a cup of left over brown rice and eat it with whatever I'm having for lunch or dinner. I've had it for breakfast also with an egg. Yum.0
