Gym, Tan, Laundry not working...need friends too!

Hello Everyone!

I'm Andrea and would love to have some friends on my fitness pal! I've been using the site for tracking food for quite awhile, but I did fall off for a couple of weeks! I think having friends would help me stay accountable and motivated to reach my goals! I've lost 10 lbs already, but I still have 20 to go!

    Its okay to make mistakes. I really like tracking because it allows me to still splurge occassionaly on my favorite foods. i find picking a date to look forward is helping me keep on track. Like I have a goal where I want to be in a feel months. Feel free to add me

    Not only does having friends keep you accountable and motivated, it also gives me food ideas! Reading other people's diaries helps me find new meal ideas!

  • Welcome, nice to hear from you, 10 lbs is great. Did weight watchers for 9 weeks and only lost 3.5 lbs. Since I've been tracking with MFP rather than points (confusing) seems I'm alot more cautious of what I'm eating and added walking to my daily plan...already lost an additional 5, you don't have too far to go, you've got this!
