In my town they are offering a introduction to running class. I'm not sure if I should do it or not. It's thrusts at nights and Saturday mornings. For 3 months. I'm thinking I'm going to try it.

Do it! I would love a running class. Been doing it on my own for a couple months. It is slow hard work, take the help.0

I want to do it. But I always hate running in front of people. I know it's a dumb feeling , but it's true.
I just think I look bad when I run. I am going to sign up . The only thing I don't think I will be able to make all classes.0 -
Definitely do it. Everyone else in the class will also be new to it, not like they will be judging anyone.0

That's awesome! Good luck!
Oh, and it's great that you will be attending a class as you are first starting. If there is anything that needs adjusting with your form you can catch it at the beginning before you get used to doing it wrong. I know my form isn't the best, but I almost feel like I'm in too deep to learn something new now.
I look forward to reading your success stories in the future0
