Does anyone know a site where I can upload my music play list and it will incorporate the intervals to tell me when I should start and shop the next intervals? I always wear my ipod and want to also know when to do the intervals, as I am looking into start running.

Thanks

I don't know of any website that does this, but if you download the C25K app on your iPod (a whopping $1.99, totally worth it) it will tell you when to walk, jog, walk briskly, etc. You can pick songs from your iTunes and make a C25K playlist through the app and when it's time to switch to jogging or walking, the music just gets quiet for a second and the trainer's voice tells you what to do.

This sounds perfect, thank you. I do have an ipod, I just want something where I can listen to my play list, and get a Que in when to walk/ then run.

    Thanks again!

Excellent! Glad I could help! If I remember correctly, a few options came up when I searched "Couch to 5K" in the app store. I got the one by active.com.

download "c25k free" by zen labs. It uses voice prompts (you select if you want them) over the music to tell you when to start/stop running. Works with your music, running in the background or you can use your playlist through the c25k app.
