Does anyone else do pole fitness? I am starting a class this week. I think it looks fun. I've always been fascinated by pole tricks. The strength and control is so impressive.

Funny you should start this topic because I just came back from my first pole fitness class! I LOVED IT. I think you will too! Great workout and it's exciting to see your progress with learning new moves. Something I am going to try to do 1-2 times a week if possible!

Ha!. One of the finniest lines in the movie "Crazy Stupid Love" is "the battle of the sexes is over. We one as soon as women started doing pole dancing for exercise."

Talking about pole fitness, where can I learn the erotic arts of stripping like in Magic Mike?

It's definitely an upper body workout! Do a pull-up on a vertical pole... hold it... and spin really fast! :)

I took some lessons and loved it. Prepared to be very sore...I had pains where i didnt know I had parts lol. Unfortunately there are no more lessons in my area so I bought my own pole and I'm teaching myself from online tutorials. Let us know how you get on :-)
