self conscious eating "healthy" around others

I feel like people judge me when I east, and because they know that I'm trying to be healthy that they just assume everything I eat is automatically "healthy"....I also feel like people feel bad for me if I pass on junk food or something...they usually try to convince me to east it by saying "just once isn't Hanna hurt you"...blah blah blah....anyone else have these problems? Advice?

Why do you care what people think?0

I am practicing NOT eating every time I see others eat. That means when I volunteer and they pull out the snacks I simply say, "No thank you".0

I find that people generally don't pay attention to what I'm eating as long as they are satisfied with their own food. If they do comment, it's usually something annoying like, "Oh, look at you. That's why you're so skinny - eating like that."
Yes, I find it irritating for several reasons (one of which being that I don't want to be "skinny" I want to be fit... But, that aside...) I just smile and say, "Yup." And continue noshing.
Remember, you are doing this for you. Take things in moderation. They are right that one cookie won't kill you, just make sure you have the self-control to stop at one. Don't limit yourself, remember you're trying to make a sustainable life-style change and enjoy the ride.
Best wishes

That's just people who don't want to eat alone. I used to do it to people and have had it done to me. Don't let it bug you, you're stronger than that.0

I can't help it...0 -
I'm sure people think the same for me. At my work, we all have break at the same time, and most people are eating their breakfast. I eat breakfast before I leave and either have 1/2 cup yogurt, or 1/2 cup beans, or even just some cold water. One time I brought burrito leftovers and people were all over it like "Wow you're actually eating breakfast!" Now it makes me feel weird when I eat my tuna outside, not because of an eating disorder but because I don't want to stink up the break room haha! I'd rather save my calories for home.0
