Is it better to be a little under your calories when you finish the day...or to be over a little. Most the time when i DO stay within my calories..I'm always a little under. By 100 or less

My personal opinion on this is staying within 10% is probably the best. And if you can be under 10% instead of over 10%, that's all the better.0

I think it depends what you are under? Are you under the 1200 minimum, or are you under your excercise calories?0

I agree with mvl1014-- stay within about 10%, but try to be under. If somedays you are a bit over, don't beat yourself up. I try to stay reasonably close to my calories (including eating exercise cals) and I try to stay under a smiggin (haha..I think I just made up that word). But, 10% sounds pretty good to me. I don't think I trust myself to measured everything out exactly the way I calculate it on MFP --especially with cheese! I can always underestimate on cheese.
With the 10%, I also tend to add 10% when I go out to eat, because portion sizes on their nutritional websites aren't completely accurate, so I overestimate on the portion they give me, just to be safe.0
