Logging Insanity?

I just did my first day & it kicked my *kitten*! But i'm not sure what I should log it as. And I don't have a heart rate monitor to log it myself. So what would be closest? Help me out, maybe? :)

    Hi there! I just started Insanity 3 weeks ago and can tell you the best investment I've made so far is in my Polar heart rate monitor. It was less than $70 on Amazon and it has been a great help in keeping track of my progress.

    Seeing as you don't have one at the moment I can tell you that I am 5'11, 150 lbs and burn anywhere from 400-600 calories on the workouts (fit test is usually around 300). I would estimate modestly though, better to underestimate what you burned then overestimate. Hope this helps.
